Cure Breast cysts, if you avoid xenoestrogens

Progesterone cream and strict methodical avoidance of xenoestrogens gets rid of breast cysts permanently.  IF you are really good about your avoidance list, many times you will just need progesterone cream for 3-4 months.

After that you will not need to take anything at all.  However, if you do NOT get rid of the xenoestrogens in your life then the breast cysts may not ever go away.  The xenoestrogens on your skin are causing the breast cysts.
Thus, if you do NOT get rid of the xenoestrogens, you will not get rid of your breast cysts.

Progesterone can only balance out small amounts of xenoestrogens.  Progesterone canNOT balance out large amounts of xenoestrogens.  IF you take progesterone, and you have large amounts of xenoestrogens in your environment, then the progesterone will temporarily make you worse.  I would estimate that if you do not cut out xenoestrogens in your environment, then there is a 40% failure rate for progesterone use.

What is happening?

That is the reason why, if you read the progesterone cream forums, some women say, "Progesterone cream is great!  It is the best thing since sliced bread!  I feel wonderful."  And about 40% of women write, "Progesterone Cream is terrible.  I took it, and I feel terrible.  I am worse now.  My bloating is worse.  My breasts hurt more. My headaches are more frequent.  I feel bad."   These bad effects of progesterone are because they did not avoid xenoestrogens.

Chronic large xenoestrogen exposure makes your estrogen receptor "sleepy".  This is called receptor down regulation.  This is like going to a Rock Concert.  Initially, the rock concert is loud. But after an hour, the Rock Concert is not so loud.  Your ears have down regulated.  Similarly chronic environmental estrogen exposure down regulates your estrogen sensitivity.  You become less sensitive to estrogen.

Progesterone "wakes up" your estrogen receptor back to normal sensitivity.  Thus, it seems as though you are getting more estrogen even when you are not.  Thus, if your do NOT cut out xenoestrogens, then progesterone will increase estrogen dominant symptoms.  Progesterone "wakes up" your estrogen receptors and you have temporary increased bloating, breast tenderness, headaches, and lousy symptoms.

The solution is to go to a "quiet park" and then take progesterone.

The solution is to cut out xenoestrogens and then take progesterone.  It may take 1-3 months for the xenoestrogens to wash out of the body.

Anything put on the skin is 10 times the oral dose in potency.

Because anything on the skin is 10 times the potency of what you eat, I concentrate on telling my patients to use products that are free of environmental estrogens.

I looked through 500 shampoos and found 3 shampoos that were ok.    Even health food store shampoos contain natural herbs that mimic estrogen.  For instance, lavender causes breasts to grow on young boys.  Gynecomastia, men developing breasts, following lavender and tea tree oil application was reported by pediatric endocrinologist Bloch, MD in 2006.

It takes about 1-3 month for these environmental estrogens to wash out of the body once put on the skin.

Typically I advise my patients to stop all xenoestrogens for 1-3 months and THEN take progesterone cream.  And again, since anything put on the skin is 10 times what you eat, I tell them to concentrate on what they put on the skin.

If you do NOT cut out xenoestrogens, 40% of patients will have these side effects TEMPORARILY UNTIL THEY STOP PROGESTERONE:

Increased breast cysts

Increased bloating

Increased breast tenderness

Increased headaches

Increased cramping

The chemicals and herbs are making you sick

It is because you are Estrogen Dominant. Estrogen Dominance simply means you have too much estrogen.  And why do you have too much estrogen?  The chemicals and herbs on your skin mimic estrogen and are making sick.

Remember that anything that you put on the skin is ten times the dose compared to taking things orally.  In other words, don't worry so much about what you eat.  Worry about what you put on the skin.

If you want to have:

Disappearing breast cysts

Decreased bloating

Decreased breast tenderness

Decreased headaches

Decreased cramping

Then, you must eliminate xenoestrogens from your environment.

Unfortunately, many or most of the toiletries in both the department store and health food store have chemicals and herbs in their products that mimic estrogen and make breast cysts worse.

So just blindly going to the health food store and/or department store and buying the cosmetics and toiletries that proclaim that they are healthy, natural, or organic may not have considered hormone disruption.

To be fair, many of these companies have thought about carcinogenicity, toxicity, and allergenicity.  However, hormone disruption is a relatively new field, that has only been recognized since the early 1990s, and many of these conscientious companies have not considered chemicals and herbs that mimic estrogen, yet.

Anything topical takes 1-3 months to wash out of the body

Clinically, I have found that it takes 1-3 months for anything topical to wash out of the body.  Why is that?  Most topicals have an oil in it.  Anything oil soluble have an indeterminate time to get out of the body.

For example,  my friend used to work with Outward Bound.  He used to take "pot heads" hiking up into the Colorado Mountains.  After hiking for several miles and sweating, his charges began to get high.  This is because the active component THC that makes you high is oil soluble.  After raising the body's core temperature, the THC that is stored in the fat is released making the person high.

Another example is LSD, the drug of abuse.  LSD is oil soluble.  LSD is also active at very small amounts.  10 years later, you can have a "bad trip" from LSD.  Why?  LSD is stored in the fat.  However, if you begin to lose weight or get sick and can't eat for a while, then the fat begins to be metabolized.  The LSD is released from the fat and the person has a "bad trip".

So many of the fat soluble herbs and chemicals found in common cosmetics and toiletries found in the health food store and department store may last for years in the fat.

However, for most of my patients, if they do NOT change their weight, it takes about 1-3 months for their lotions and shampoos to wash out of the body so as not to affect their xenoestrogen load.

What is the solution to breast cysts?

The answer is to avoid xenoestrogens and phytoestrogens and tak Natural Progesterone.  Natural Progesterone counters Estrogen Dominance, if and only if the xenoestrogen load is low.

If the xenoestrogen load is high you will get a temporary increase in bad side effects until you stop the progesterone cream.  So get rid of the xenoestrogens for 1-3 months and then start the progesterone.

My Breast Cysts and Pain Had Totally Disappeared

I wanted to thank Dr. Eckart for many things. Well first of all, for his product Progestelle, which has changed my life. Before I started to use Progestelle, I had been experiencing hair loss for over 4 months, heavy bloating, lack of sex drive, and painful breast tenderness with some swollen cysts, heavy sinus congestion (difficult breathing) and sleeping problems and night anxiety, I did not know then that these are all symptoms of estrogen dominance.

For months I had been drinking lot of soy milk and other phyto-estrogens because I thought that they actually would help in these symptoms, and I was so confused, because my symptoms were actually getting worse.

I found this website and I finally started to learn about estrogen dominance, so I ordered Progestelle immediately, I started to use only between 1 and 2 droppers a day.

At first my symptoms got worse, except the breast tenderness, which seemed to improve immediately Dr. Eckart guided me with his advises and suggested that I first get rid of all xeno-estrogens I was using, and stop eating all strong phyto-estrogens included in his list, wait about a month then start Progestelle again.

I did do exactly so, it was easier than I thought, and I also started taking iodine, as the Doctor suggests, and it actually seemed to make me feel better already, then after 3 weeks I started to use Progestelle again on day 14.

This time, I started on a higher dose, to avoid delays or estrogen dominance reactions, I used 4 and half droppers a day this time, and already within 3 hours my anxiety was gone, I could breath normally, no short of breath at night, I could sleep like a baby, the day after my hair loss had totally stopped, my bloating was much less.

Within days the sex drive was back to normal, and my breast cysts and pain had totally disappeared. So I feel like a normal and healthy person again.

So thank you Dr. Eckart.

But I also want to thank Dr. Eckart for being so kind to me and to be so patient to reply to all of my emails and to provide so much professional guidance and solid advises that have proved to be all so valid and true and helped me to heal and change my life.

I am using Progestelle 14 days a month for now, and it seems that my cycle has become more regular than it was! I also wanted to add that if the dose you are using might seem to not work for you, do not get discouraged; it is a sign you need more. Everybody is different and we all react in different ways, so I would encourage to just increase the dose like I did, until it works and be committed to this life stye and it will get better!

It is hard to find doctors like Dr. Eckart, who are very knowledgeable in this subject, and who have have been doing such a deep research on estrogen dominance symptoms, and especially who are able to provide such a large list of things that are dangerous to use and of the things that are safe to use!!

I canceled my next appointment with a local naturopath, I feel fine now and I rather invest my money instead in getting myself larger amounts of Progestelle, which I know it works!!

I can provide here my email if anybody would like to get in touch with me!
